How to tone the bottom of my butt and sides of my thighs?
I’m skinny all over, but I’m getting cellulite and kind of lumpy in the back, and I’m only 16. I exercise religiously and watch what I eat. My upper butt is fine, but my lower butt, not so much. The sides of my thighs are looking bad, too. What are some good toning exercises to fix this?
I’ve tried squats and lunges but I’m not getting any results in my butt, only my front thighs. Help?
